hello ladies,
I am completely new here and befoe i get into my stats please remember to be kind. I can garentee there will be some of you who think I'm a fat pig considering how much bigger I am than you. I just need some help and support with losing the weight I've been trying to get off for a while.
ok so here it is..

I am 5'4... ad 130 pounds.

My body is build petitie, as in my structure is small but i have a lot of this exess fat on me. Believe it or not, I used to be 170 pounds. I lost my last 40 in healthy way by eating right and excersizing, but I can't seem to get the last off no matter what i do. I do not only wan to be smaller but I want my stomach to be flat and hard. none of this crap flab that hangs on the outside.

My goal is 115 pounds.

HELP! I'm desperate for any kind of tips available to help me lose the stomach fat... I want to keep my breasts though... so I'm also scared of losing them if i lose too much weight. they are a 36DD right now... i would hate for them to get any smaller than a D. my boyfriend loves them...

HW 130 lbs

LW 111 lbs which is now my GW1.......... i need to get there in less than a month


i figure if i just dont eat i cant put any on right? but ineed to get my energy from somewhere

Im so tired... I have zero energy. I just ate a salad and now I want to go to the gym. I already went for 3 hours today. I have a math class in 2 hours and its a 2 hour class. I need to stay awake and focus. But all I can think about is skinny. I need to be smaller! But I feel so weak.... :'(

todays the start of my new plan...

breakfast :a piece of fruit

Lunch:rice cake and a yogart

do not eat after 5 o'clock ever!

go for a 45 min run everyday...


and ive worked out within 4 weeks i shld loose about 20lbs


any tips or other tricks girls?????

hi..
was coming home after a run.. wow,
i'm so weak.. i dunno why, but i can
only run for like a minute or so
and have to stop and breath and i
got so little energy :/ i'm trying
to get my endurance back so i can
go and compete with my team.. can
you maybe help with getting my
endurance back, you know.. tips?
like 3 weeks ago i got a very good
endurance and could run like it
was no problem, not difficult at all,
but since then i have been sick and
haven't been able to turn up on
practices..

i've been sick lately and yesterday
i got my appetite back and binged :/
afterwards i purged and then i binged
again last night and binged again, i
couldn't sleep at all, and felt so
weak when i came home after the
run/walk, and just felt as i was
about to faint.. :/ i thought
maybe it could be because of my
purging.. but i really dunno.. i
need help! i've reached my 1. gw and
i don't wanna give up and be a fat loser
i wanna be a skinny bitch! long way to
go.. but i'm gonna do it!

totally new to this site, but just wanted to drop in and leave my first comment...
I'm here for support if anyone needs it - I had a rough day yesterday b/c my scale was telling me that I gained like 2 pounds or something awful like that.  the annoying this was that i'd been so good all week, so i'm not sure what the deal is.
Anyone having a week like that??  ugggghhhh... i want to throw that scale out the window.

Anyway, hope to make some new friends

hi!

i'm new here and new to the whole ana thing. i've tried to fast before, and i don't think it even lasted a wole day.
I don't really have target wieght, but i wan to lose my tummy, and my thighs and arms could stand to be smaller.
i guess i'm here for thinspiration and some advice.
i don't eat a lot regularly (maybe one or two meals a day), but the problem comes from what i do eat when i decided to eat.
i'm accepting any begginners advice (especially how to curb cravings and how to stop stomach noises), and maybe a buddy or two.

soo.. i was sick today.. always throwing up
so i had no will to eat or exercise.. :/
but ate weetabix for breakfast.. than
i puked it all up :/ and only lived on water
and diet coke today.. did some fast :)

but i'm pretty happy because on monday i
was 165 and now i'm 156 :)  but wanna go
down to 110 before june, hopefully :)
can you give me some tips about losing
some more weight as fast as possible?
and maybe some stories of what you've
lost in like.. 3 weeks? not only on the
abc but on any diet :)

(My poor brother has had to show me how to use all kinds of crazy cool software lol) I would love to make it a Real Girl Thinspo to inspire others to keep going and that they can achieve it too! I don't want just a bunch of generic pics that are used in every thinspo so what I would like from you guys is your pics if you don't mind... before and afters, hip bones, thin legs ect... I promise to be responsible with anything you provide me with, I just want to do something spectacular for the Ana community!

this is my first entry..
i need big support..
last summer i got down to 140 pounds,
but, then i started binging and got up to 160,
and just 3 days ago i was on my highest
weight ever.

i started smoking about a week ago,
i never eat breakfast.. but i'm thinking know
to have ice coffee, some fruit and a cigarette
every morning.. is that good to start my metabolism?
and then just the rest of the day drink
water and green tea..
i play soccer 3x a week and in the garage
we have a lot of exercise-things (:

-Fool your motabalism by constantly changing the number of calories you consume daily. This will prevent your body from going into starvation mode, meaning that the lesser amounts of calories will make you gain weight, thats why you mix it up.
-Take vitamin pills frequently so your body doesnt crave nutrients, causing binges.
-Brush your teeth and tongue all the time. The feeling in your mouth with ease cravings and additionally, food will taste yukky with toothpaste, so whats the point of eating?
-Drink water like a fish. Drink a glass of water, or diet soda every hour on the hour. Drink water everytime you have the urge to snack. Ice water is better because your body will burn more calories to heat it up. Drink water with meals to prevent over eating.
