i'm new here and new to the whole ana thing. i've tried to fast before, and i don't think it even lasted a wole day.
I don't really have target wieght, but i wan to lose my tummy, and my thighs and arms could stand to be smaller.
i guess i'm here for thinspiration and some advice.
i don't eat a lot regularly (maybe one or two meals a day), but the problem comes from what i do eat when i decided to eat.
i'm accepting any begginners advice (especially how to curb cravings and how to stop stomach noises), and maybe a buddy or two.
